Premier League: Arsenal vs Everton 2-1, 1 February 2010, video highlights
szólj hozzá: AR2-1EV[matchhighlight.com]HL
Great game to watch. Everton opened the game when Louis Saha scored in 24'. They lead till 70'. Five minutes were enough for Arsenal to catch up with the result (Arshavin) and add to it the second goal (Koscielny).
Wojciech Szczęsny who is now Arsenal's no. 1 didn't had too much to work. Hard to blame him that he allowed a goal from an offside...
Liked the performance of Tim Howard, escpecially his excellent save of Van Persie's shot from free-kick, who tried to send the ball into top right angle. Howard somehow managed to tip it over.

Premier League: Everton vs West Brom 1-4 video
This match is not going to be a nice memory for Everton. They lost with West Bromwich Albion a game they theoretically should won. After all West Brom is stuck in the relegation section after five games without a win in the row.
But football is a tricky game. Everton lost on their home soil. Everything was against them that day. The defense was poor, the decisions of referee questionable and they did finish with ten men. Mikel Arteta was send away with red card.
Poor Tim Howard could do little. Those four goals were practically imposible to save. He crashed with the goalpost while attempting to make a save of a free kick shot (0:12 in the video). It looked so painful!
Liked Scott Carson's performance. He made 3 fine saves. His teammates were on the place to support him. When Beckford clipped the ball over the advancing Carson, Gabriel Tamas got back and clear it off the line.

Premier League: Blackpool vs Everton 2-2, 6 November 2010
That game was a little crazy. In the first half Blackpool scored the opening goal, but they kept the lead for only a few minutes because Everton equalized it. Unfortunately Tim Howard was not without a blame when Everton lost a goal. I think he didn't put the wall on the right position.
The story repeated in the second half. Blackpool scored their second goal. This time there was so much fuss in the penalty area that Howard couldn't even see clearly where the ball was. Blackpool's joy didn't last long as Everton catched up with the result only two minutes later.
However, neither of the sides could add third goal to their result and the game ended with a draw.
Only one photo with Tim this time. Better than nothing.

It's from a weird offside. Weird, because it was an offside but the assistant referee was late with raising the flag up. Fortuantely for Everton and for Tim (who didn't really make an attempt to make a save) it was an offside.

Premier League: Machester City vs Arsenal 0-3 24 Oct 2010, photos and video highlights
Watched today Manchester City vs Arsenal game. It was an excellent performance of Łukasz Fabiański. He kept clean sheet and made important saves. The first one was at the very beginning of the game, when David Silva tried his luck. However, Fabiański was prepared and showed a good reflex.

One of Machester City's players was send with a red card after a few minutes of the game, so Arsenal had a man advantage and made a good use of that, quickly scoring the opening goal.
The situation of Manchester City became even worse, when Arsenal was awareded a penalty. But Joe Hart, Manchester City's goalie made a good guess and performed an excellent save! Seems that a few more Premier League matches watched and I'm going to have another favorite goalie ;)
Both goalkeepers made 4 saves each.
Nice to read positive reviews of Fabiański's performance, both on English and Polish sports pages. He played six games in the row in the starting 11 and did fine, but I think that when Manuel Almunia will recover, he will be back in the goal.

Premier League: Chelsea vs Arsenal 2:0, 3 Oct 2010
Łukasz Fabiański played the whole 90 minutes of Chelsea - Arsenal game and it was a really good performance of him. He made 5 saves in total, and allowed goals were not his fault.
However, I think he is going to be second-choice when Almunia comes back after the injury and therefore the Carling Cup matches will be the only ones he can be sure of the place in the starting 11.

Premier League: Birmingham vs Everton 0-2
Everton finally win a game, first time in this season. Finally they moved up, and now are on the 17th place in the table with 7 points. At least it's not the relegation section!

First goal for Everton was Birmingham's own goal. The second was scored by Tim Cahill in the injury time.
Tim Howard didn't had too much work to do. Ben Foster made 2 saves. Hard to blame him for that own goal.

Premier League: Blackburn Rovers vs Everton 1-0, 14 Aug 2010
It was not a lucky day for Tim Howard. Unfortunately his mistake cost the team a lost goal. In 14' he raced out goal to clear the ball. He catched it but it slipped out of his hands and Nikola Kalinic, who was right behind Everton's goalkeeper, used the opportunity and send the ball into the empty goal.
