MNT in England: Howard at home video
Found this nice video with Tim Howard while browsing US Soccer page. He talks about his expriences as a goalkeeper, working and living aboard.
Tim Howard photos in US - Spain 0-4 friendly 4 June 2011
A lot of photos of angry Tim Howard. It illustrates quite well what he thinks about the result of the game. Noticed he captained the team, wonder if it was the first time.

International friendly: USA - Spain 0-4 4 June 2011, video highlights
It was not a good game for US team. They looked surprisingly insecure in the first half and didn't seem to be as determined as I'm used to see them. The defense didn't help the goalkeeper at all, and Spain dominated the field almost completely. After the changes it looked a bit more even in the second half and US had even some attempts to score but didn't successed. Are they prepared well to Golden Cup which starts in the next week?
I expected something more from US. Still remember the game against Spain on the Confederation Cup and the sensational win of the US team 2:0.
US players ralery troubled Pepe Reina, who played most of the game in the Spain's goal. Casillas stepped in for the last 15 minutes. Wouldn't put lost goals on Tim Howard's account, he was without chances in all of those situations.
Spain didn't seem to have an excellent time lately. The lost against Portugal and Argentina. What's more it is said that the team is divided by the inner conflicts due to anthypaties between Real and Barca players. But still the are the Champions of Europe and of the World and also the leader of their qualification group for Euro 2012. It's still a lot of time before the tournament to regain unity.

FA Cup - Chelsea - Everton 1:1 (pen 3:4) 19, Everton wins penalty shoot-out!
When I started to watch this game my first thought was 'I want the penalty shoot-out and I want Everton to win'. And surprisingly it did happen.
Both teams wasted so many good situations in the regular time! It was much better in the additional time, the game became faster. But I'm not complaining, because it was extremely pleasant game to watch for a goalkeepers' fan. Petr Cech made 10 saves, Tim Howard 8. What's more they both saved a penalty each.
Lampard scored in 104' but sometimes 1:0 is not enough to win. Like in this match. Baines scored an amazing goal from a free kick just outside the penalty area, one minute before the end of the additional time. It was literally their last chance to draw the game.
Too bad for Ashley Cole to miss the last penalty for Chelsea. Phil Nevill scored for Everton and they were through.
Great to see Everton celebrating in front of their fans.
As for Chelsea 'the penalty curse' affected them again. It was the seventh penalty shoot-out lost in a row...

Premier League: Arsenal vs Everton 2-1, 1 February 2010, video highlights
szólj hozzá: AR2-1EV[matchhighlight.com]HL
Great game to watch. Everton opened the game when Louis Saha scored in 24'. They lead till 70'. Five minutes were enough for Arsenal to catch up with the result (Arshavin) and add to it the second goal (Koscielny).
Wojciech Szczęsny who is now Arsenal's no. 1 didn't had too much to work. Hard to blame him that he allowed a goal from an offside...
Liked the performance of Tim Howard, escpecially his excellent save of Van Persie's shot from free-kick, who tried to send the ball into top right angle. Howard somehow managed to tip it over.

Premier League: Everton vs West Brom 1-4 video
This match is not going to be a nice memory for Everton. They lost with West Bromwich Albion a game they theoretically should won. After all West Brom is stuck in the relegation section after five games without a win in the row.
But football is a tricky game. Everton lost on their home soil. Everything was against them that day. The defense was poor, the decisions of referee questionable and they did finish with ten men. Mikel Arteta was send away with red card.
Poor Tim Howard could do little. Those four goals were practically imposible to save. He crashed with the goalpost while attempting to make a save of a free kick shot (0:12 in the video). It looked so painful!
Liked Scott Carson's performance. He made 3 fine saves. His teammates were on the place to support him. When Beckford clipped the ball over the advancing Carson, Gabriel Tamas got back and clear it off the line.

Premier League: Blackpool vs Everton 2-2, 6 November 2010
That game was a little crazy. In the first half Blackpool scored the opening goal, but they kept the lead for only a few minutes because Everton equalized it. Unfortunately Tim Howard was not without a blame when Everton lost a goal. I think he didn't put the wall on the right position.
The story repeated in the second half. Blackpool scored their second goal. This time there was so much fuss in the penalty area that Howard couldn't even see clearly where the ball was. Blackpool's joy didn't last long as Everton catched up with the result only two minutes later.
However, neither of the sides could add third goal to their result and the game ended with a draw.
Only one photo with Tim this time. Better than nothing.

It's from a weird offside. Weird, because it was an offside but the assistant referee was late with raising the flag up. Fortuantely for Everton and for Tim (who didn't really make an attempt to make a save) it was an offside.

Bad luck
Watched two last games of Everton. Seems that I betrayed Serie A for the Premier League at this season. So far I managed to see Genoa's and Lazio's games only once, and watched Inter - Tottenham Chempions League last Wednesday, but that's all. Instead of following Eduardo, Muslera or Julio Cesar I try to catch Tim Howard's games.
Everton's match against Liverpool last Sunday was fine, they finally advanced in the table. The derby was interesting to watch and Tim Howard did very well - made 6 saves.
And today... Well, unfortunately, Everton draw a game they could win. This time it was Howard who commited a mistake. He misjudged a cross and Tottenham didn't waste the opportunity, scored an equalizer just a three minutes after Everton's opening goal.
As usuall there is no photos with the goalkeeper from the Everton - Liverpool game, but from the one he has a blunder on his account.

Internation friendly: USA vs Poland 2-2 9 Oct 2010, video highlights and photos
That was a really good game to watch. I must admit I didn't believe Poland was going to show something interesting here. So good that my predictions never come true.
USA was fast and dangerous as always, and was leading the game for the most time, but Poland managed to equalize two times. Both teams committed mistakes in the defence and the ending was really dramatic, especially for Poland, which was inches from losing a goal in the injury time.
It was nice to see ambition and involevment on both sides, as if it was not a friendly but a game for points.
Jozy Altidore made a good job, scoring one goal and coming close to score another.
In Polish team Jakub Błaszczykowski showed an excellent shape, and his actions on the right wing were very dangerous. Ludovic Obraniak also did good job, and had assists in both goals.
Ok, get to the point, what is the performance of the goalkeepers. Artur Boruc, as always, saved situation in crucial moments. Had to make the first save at the very beginning of the match. The most dramatic was of course the one in the injury time, when he made a save from just a few meters distance. He made 3 saves in total.
Tim Howard had a lot of work to do. He saved a situation one on one (however, Robert Lewandowski could do better than kicking the ball straight on the goalkeeper) and Obraniak's shot from the distance. Very fine performance of him. Liked his self-confidence and that he never lost focus. Strange feeling, to fell happy that the goalkeeper made a save, and sad at the same time, that Polish team wasted an opportunity ;) Howard made 5 saves in total.
