In January he went on a six-months loan from Vft Bochum to Iraklis Saloniki. According to Ligagrecka.pl he allowed only seven goals on 119 shots. This is a very good result.
What he is going to do now? He has a contract with Bochum signed till 2012. But there is also a chance for a transfer to Olympiacos this summer. In March thanks to Fernandes perfromance Iraklis beat Olympiacos 1-0 at home.
Will Daniel make to the call-up list for World Cup 2010? Eduardo stays no. 1, no doubt about that, but what about two other goalkeepers? I tihnk Daniel has a real chance.
